Network Monitoring

Network Monitoring

Monitoring is critical to the delivery of effective management services that keep your  IT infrastructure up and running. An effective infrastructure and systems monitoring program allows you to detect and respond to critical availability and security issues before they reach a crisis level, as well as empowers you to become more proactive and make better infrastructure planning decisions based on historical trending and detailed usage analysis. Reliable monitoring is the only cost-effective method to gain critical insight into network and systems operations as a way to provide value-focused managed services.

Warp 8's monitoring  features industry-leading functionality to monitor the availability and performance of IP-enabled devices, including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, copiers and other network devices such as firewalls, routers and switches. Our monitoring tool provides both software agents and probes to gather all critical data and build an inventory of devices on your network.

Streamlined processes virtually eliminate the overhead involved in understanding, configuring and deploying monitoring to new customer sites. Our flexible agent and probe deployment processes ensure no pre-creating devices, no WMI limitations, no security, firewall or device-naming issues and no trying to figure out what works and what doesn't work.

When a client’s server goes down, a backup fails, the network falls apart, Warp 8 knows, sometimes before our customer does. Remote monitoring as part of our Managed Services allows us to keep a constant eye on your most important systems, so we can react at the first sign of trouble.

Our monitoring software watches your critical IT assets 24 hours a day. Our staff is notified for every emergency outage, and we check daily for impending trouble. Some problems can even be automatically resolved. Imagine resolution before you even knew a problem had occurred.

Internet connectivity

Warp 8 can also monitor connectivity to any IP address, which can be used to monitor status of WAN and VPN connections. This is especially vital for business processes and services which rely on an Interenet connection. If the Internet connection goes down, we’ll get an instant alert to get you back up and running.

Server Monitoring

The most critical component of every client’s network is their server infrastructure. This is where all critical data lives, and this is where Warp 8 excels. Warp 8 uses Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM) software to monitor critical parameters on several layers of you server.  These can be items at the hardware layer like temperature, hard drive capacity, hardware errors, etc., to the application layer for errors and issues.

When errors occur Warp 8 engineers will be notified and take appropriate action.

Your servers are critical to your business success. That’s why we offer  Backup and Disaster Recovery(BDR), delivering 15-minute incremental backups of all your servers for the most protection and high availability. Each night, your daily backup is uploaded to redundant storage facilities on east and west coasts.

Desktop Monitoring

Warp 8 doesn’t stop at just our clients network and servers. We also run agents on every desktop, laptop, and tablet in your organization to ensure everything’s running as smoothly as possible.  We monitor the critical aspects fo the desktop to try to prevent problems before they occur.  We also ensure that all antivirus and OS vulnerabilities are updated frequently.
